From a chat today with Adobe, when Creative Cloud is released the license will allow two installs of the Creative Suite apps by an individual and those two installations can include one Mac and one PC. That is a change from the current licensing which requires two licenses, one license for Mac and one for Windows. This is major for many users who are required to work cross-platform.

Other big news: Additional price points for access to a more limited suite of programs will also be offered when a formal announcement is made sometime after the first of the year.
