4 Your nameservers.

Once you’ve completed the order verification process, you will receive an email from HostGator with information about your web server. It should begin something like this:

Welcome to the hostgator family!

Your Domain:     dwcourse.com
Your Username:   myname
Your Password:  mypassword
Your sites IP address: 12.34.567.89

Your name servers:

For the moment you’re interested in the Name Server information. Copy or print out the information so you’ll have it handy for the next step.

Note: The email from HostGator will also contain other information including how to manage your account and how you can view your site before the name server information has been updated and propogated (which we’ll handle in the next step).

Magy, I’m not sure I understand your question. If you sign up for a domain name AND web hosting at godaddy, you will see a coming soon notice when you try to view your site until you upload (through ftp) your own content. GoDaddy should have sent you a welcome email with the ftp information.

If that doesn’t answer your question, let me know.
